Join us, and other like minded folks, as we go deep into the theory and practice of Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) and help you find some ease.

This course will help to increase your self-awareness and self-acceptance as well as improve your concentration and enable you to live more fully in the here and now.  You will develop new skills that will enable you to stay grounded and less affected by challenging moments in your life, while improving your immune function, your relationships and learning the distinction between you and your thoughts.

Whether you are curious about Meditation, are brand new to the practice, or are an experienced meditator looking for a technique that you can stick to (without it feeling like a chore), this course is for you!

What is MBSM?

MBSM involves choosing to put our attention on our present moment experience, connecting deeply with oneself and finding the ever-present Stillness that is our true nature. There will be periods of sitting still, building up to 20-25 minutes over the four weeks, as well as time for questions in each session. Bolsters/cushions are provided for you to sit on and get comfy!

A little more about Steph…

Steph is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, retreat facilitator and mentor. She has been sharing and consulting in the health and wellness industry for over 13 years as a naturopath, nutritionist and meditation teacher. Meditation came into Steph's life during her own health journey when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2014.

Steph enjoys sharing her passion with others looking to transform their health, their relationship with themselves, others and the world, and those searching for meaning, peace and joy in life.
